Frontline Football have been coaching future stars across North London for 20 years. Through our unique blend of technical detail, core skills, psychological development practices and fun, our players learn and evolve through competition and play.

Kurt Maginley
Head Coach and Director
With over 20 years of experience at Arsenal's academy, Kurt has been a champion of youth development for his working life and drives the vision for Frontline Football.
George Sherman-Dejonghe
Head of Football Operations
George began working for Frontline as a work experience student back in 2018 and has been thriving ever since. He has now taken on a leadership role, now overseeing all football operations. Alongside Frontline, George is also a qualified Sports Rehabilitator, working with athletes to keep them injury-free.
Luca Brais
Lead Coach & PE coordinator
Luca has bags of experience, beginning with Frontline at 15 years old and has continually developed as a coach. Alongside this he is currently at uni studying Football Coaching and Management. He has now completed his UEFA C coaching badges and doesn't look to stop there. He has now began a role in designing the PE curriculum we run in a number of schools.
